Recurring Home Cleaning

The backbone of our company. Weekly, bi-weekly or every-four-weeks visits with the same two-person team. We arrive in our own marked vehicle, bring all supplies and equipment, and follow your home's personal checklist — which we build with you on the first visit and refine over the first month.

Typical visit (2–3 bedroom home): 2.5–3.5 hours. Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, microwave interior, exterior of all appliances, cabinet fronts. Bathrooms scrubbed top to bottom including grout and fixtures. All floors vacuumed and mopped. Dusting of all reachable surfaces, ceiling-fan blades on rotation, mirrors and interior glass, light switches and door handles. Trash bagged and replaced. Beds optionally made.

Deep Cleaning

Recommended twice a year, or as the first visit for a new client whose home hasn't been professionally cleaned recently. Includes everything in a standard visit plus: baseboards hand-wiped, inside of oven and refrigerator, inside cabinets (on request), light fixtures and vent covers, window sills and tracks, behind movable furniture, grout brushed.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Built for landlords, real-estate agents, and anyone caught between two houses. Empty home preferred. We clean every cabinet inside and out, every appliance interior, every closet shelf, every baseboard, every light fixture. Designed to satisfy security-deposit inspections and pre-listing photography.

Small Office Cleaning

For offices under 6,000 square feet. We work after-hours so your staff arrives to a fresh space. Includes trash, recycling, restrooms (stocked from our truck or your supplies), kitchenette, conference rooms, glass partitions, common-area vacuuming and mopping. Monthly carpet spot-treatment included.

Post-Construction Cleaning

Drywall dust gets everywhere. We use HEPA vacuums and microfiber cloth systems to remove fine dust from every surface — including the surfaces you forgot exist, like the tops of door frames and inside light cans. Sticker and adhesive residue removed from windows, fixtures and appliances.

Seasonal Refresh

Spring and Pre-Holiday packages. Interior windows and screens, ceiling fan deep clean, baseboard reset, fabric upholstery vacuuming, full pantry reorganization (optional add-on). Usually booked in March/April and again in early November.
